What we collect
- Application details: name, phone, email, date of birth, location and schedule preference, and learner permit details if you give them.
- Student records: training progress, schedule, skills evaluations, documents you upload (permit, driver license, DOT medical card) and test results.
- Payment records: tuition agreement, payments received, method and reference. We do not store full card numbers.
- Account and security data: login sessions, IP address and an activity log of changes made by staff.
Why we use it
- To review your application and contact you.
- To deliver and record your training, including the ELDT theory assessment and behind-the-wheel training.
- To report your completed training to the FMCSA Training Provider Registry, as federal law requires.
- To manage tuition, payments and receipts.
Who we share it with
- The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) Training Provider Registry, for ELDT reporting.
- State licensing agencies when needed for your CDL testing.
- Service providers that host our systems, only to run them.
- We do not sell your information. Graduate photos, names, stories and employers are published only with your separate written consent, which you can withdraw for future use.
How we protect it
- Access is limited to staff who need it, with individual logins and an audit log.
- Identity documents are stored privately and never published.
- Records are kept as long as required for training and federal record-keeping, then deleted.
Your choices
- You can ask to see or correct your information, or withdraw graduate-publication consent, by contacting the school.
